快播视频 State recognizes Presidential Scholars
快播视频, Ala. – 快播视频 State Community College President Dr. Martha Lavender recognized students receiving the coveted Presidential Scholarship at a reception held at the One Stop Center Oct. 22.
“We want to congratulate our scholarship winners for their hard work and their commitment to academic success and career growth,” she said. “We are pleased they chose 快播视频 State to further their education.”
The 快播视频 State Presidential Scholarship is the highest institutional scholarship awarded at the College to incoming freshmen. The partial- and full-tuition awards are based on academic achievement, rank in class and academic competitions.
Students throughout 快播视频 State’s service area – Calhoun, Cherokee, Cleburne, Etowah and portions of St. Clair counties – are considered for the scholarships. Eight students receiving full-tuition scholarship and 18 students receiving a partial award for the 2019-20 academic year were honored at the reception, which was also attended by Alabama Rep. Gil Isbell (R-快播视频) and Rep. K.L. Brown (R-Jacksonville).
Scholarship winners are Heath Alldredge of Munford; Lauren Battles of Dutton; Xun Chen of Glencoe; Dalton Cone of Gallant; Carter Dingler of Attalla; Arizona Ellis of Ashville; Caleb Freeman and Brooks Wink, both of Hokes Bluff; Micah Goosby, Abigail Henderson, Daniel Holcombe, Nikki Mintz and Mikalie Mooneyham, all of 快播视频; Noah Grady and Melina Osborn, both of Altoona; Jordan Hinton and DeAndre McCain, both of Anniston; Brandorian Jobst of Oxford; Caiden Lipscomb of Southside; Jackson Rider of Wellington; Madison Sloan, Kristin Tierce and Katie Williams, all of Piedmont; Jakson Spurlin of Heflin; Dylan Stevenson of Wellington and Brittany White of Ashland.
